Celery Green Smoothie
A cleansing and refreshing morning drink. Don't let all the greens scare you away from trying this delicious drink.

- 2 cups kale packed
- 2 cups water
- 1 banana chunked
- 1 cup celery roughly chopped
- 1 cup cucumber chopped
- 1 orange or grapefruit, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup pineapple chunked
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
Blend kale and water until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
Add superfoods such as goji berries, chia seed, and moringa powder if you like.
Use one or more frozen fruits to chill the smoothie. Or use ice cubes instead.
