Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened (coconut) yogurt homemade or store-bought
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 dragon fruit (pitaya) chopped
  • 2 passion fruit
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds raw or roasted
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons dried mulberries (optional) optional

Instructions

  • Chop fruits in small pieces.
  • Combine fruit and (coconut) yogurt in a bowl.
  • Top with pumpkin seeds, dessicated coconut and mulberries or other superfoods - such as goji berries, raw cacao nibs or chopped almonds - if you like.
