Minty Chocolate Berry Smoothie
Yummy way to start the day. Even your kids will love this chocolate flavored one.

- 2 cups fresh spinach packed
- 1.5 cup blueberries
- 1.5 cup strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves or to taste
Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
Optional: top with superfoods - such as goji berries, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds or hemp hearts - if you like.
