Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1.5 cup water
  • 3 cups peach sliced
  • 1 orange peeled and segmented (remove seeds too)

Instructions

  • Blend kale and coconut milk until smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more water. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
  • Optional: top with your favorite smoothie superchargers (raw cacao nibs, chia seeds, hemp hearts, coconut flakes, etc..)
