Coconut Yogurt with Fresh Berries
A coconut yogurt parfait with fresh mixed berries and old-fashioned rolled oats - an easy healthy breakfast that's kid friendly!

Ingredients
1.5
cup
plain unsweetened (coconut) yogurt
homemade or store-bought
1/2
cup
rolled oats
uncooked (yummy with granola or steel-cut oats too)
1/2
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
or to taste
2
teaspoons
chia seeds
1
cup
raspberries
1
cup
strawberries
Instructions
Combine the yogurt, oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
Layer half of the yogurt-oat mixture in a Mason jar or container.
Add half the berries and layer with remaining yogurt then the berries.
Eat straight away or refrigerate overnight. Delicious either way.
Notes
If you don’t have fresh berries available, mixed frozen berries work too.
