Berry Love Green Smoothie Of The Day

A lovely morning drink that will fill you up until lunch. Add your favorite topping or superfoods to make it even better.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach packed
  • 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons dried goji berries (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw everything in at once.
  • Optional: top with chia seeds and goji berries, or other superfoods/toppings of your choice.

Notes

  • Use one or more frozen fruits to chill the smoothie. Or use ice instead
