- 2 cups pineapple chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 banana chunked
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup rolled oats (certified GF if needed)
- 2 tbsp dried goji berries (optional)
Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
Optional: top with cacao nibs, goji berries, hemp hearts, etc., if you like.
