Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 banana chunked
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats (certified GF if needed)
  • 2 tbsp dried goji berries (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
  • Optional: top with cacao nibs, goji berries, hemp hearts, etc., if you like.

  • Use one or more frozen fruit(s) to chill the smoothie. Or use ice cubes instead.
