Minty Kiwi Mango Smoothie
A refreshing green morning drink the whole family will love. If you are not a fan of the green taste, add spinach instead of kale.

- 3 kiwifruit peeled (if organic, you can blend with peel on)
- 2 cups mango chunked and frozen
- 1 banana chunked
- 2 cups fresh kale (or spinach for milder green taste)
- 1/2-1 cup celery chopped
- 2 cups water or coconut water
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil
- 1/4 cup fresh mint
Blend kale, mint, and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
Optional: Add superfoods - like goji berries, chia seeds or cacao nibs/powder - if you like. (I added moringa powder )
