Pomegranate Smoothie

Pomegranates are loaded with fiber, vitamin C, and K, folate, and potassium among many other antioxidants and nutrients to improve overall health and wellness. They even have some protein too.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale packed
  • 2 cups water or coconut water
  • 2 orange peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 banana chunked
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tsps moringa powder (optional) (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend kale and water until smoothie. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more water to thin. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
  • Top with superfoods of your choice. I topped mine with some old fashioned oats.
