
Tropical Pineapple Green Smoothie
Pineapples are among my favorite tropical fruits. Not only are they super juicy and yum, they are highly nutritious too. They are a great source of vitamin C, manganese, copper, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, dietary fiber, folate, pantothenic acid, among many other compounds with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients
- 2 cups kale packed
- 2 cups pineapple chunked
- 1 banana chunked
- 1 kiwifruit chunked
- 2 cups water
- 2 orange
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
Instructions
- Blend kale, parsley, and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base to thin. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
- Top with chia seeds, goji berries, flax seed, hemp hearts, etc. if you like. I topped mine with desiccated coconut.
