Ingredients
- 4 slices/rolls bread of your choice (GF if needed)
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1-2 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
- black pepper to taste
- dried chili flakes (optional) to taste (or use smoked paprika for a milder taste)
- sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Optional: toast bread if you like.
- Top bread slices/rolls with slices of avocado. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and chili flakes/paprika powder (if using).
- Optional: drizzle with a little olive oil, or any other oil of your choice, and serve. (balsamic vinegar works too)
