Mango Morning Bliss Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach packed
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 2 cups mango chunked
  • 2 orange peeled
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats (certified GF if needed)

Instructions

  • Blend spinach and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
  • Optional: top with goji berries, chia seeds, coconut flakes, extra mango pieces, etc., if you like. I used extra fresh mango this time.

Notes

Use one or more frozen fruits to chill the smoothie. Or use ice cubes instead.
