- 2 cups spinach packed
- 1 cup pineapple chunked
- 1 cup pomelo/grapefruit peeled and segmented
- 1 banana chunked and frozen to make it extra creamy
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water or filtered water
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

- If you can't find a pomelo, use grapefruit instead
- Use one or more frozen fruit(s) to chill the smoothie. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base.
