Green Berry Mango Heaven
This green morning drink is packed with antioxidants and other good-for-you nutrients. I just love the peppery flavor of the watercress. Though I have many favorites, this is definitely one of them.

- 2 cup watercress
- 1 cup mango chunked
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small avocado
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- 1 cup fresh orange juice we used blood oranges
- 1-2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
Blend watercress, water, and orange juice until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
Optional: Add superfoods - such as goji berries, hemp hearts, or raw cacao nibs - if you like.
Use one or more frozen fruit(s) to chill the smoothie. Or use ice cubes instead.
