Ingredients
2cupsspinachpacked
1orangejuice only
1-1.5cupwater
1/2cupplain unsweetened (coconut) yogurt
1cuppineapplechunks
1cupmangochunks
1banana
Instructions
Blend spinach and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base to thin. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
Add superfoods - such as goji berries, hemp hearts, or raw cacao nibs - if you like.
