Ingredients
2cupskale
2cupsunsweetened coconut water
1 bananachunks
2.5cupspineapplechunks
1/4cupfresh mint leavesor to taste
1lime or lemonpeeled (use less if using lemon, ½ lime = 1 tbsp)
1tbspextra virgin coconut oil
Instructions
Blend kale, mint, and coconut water until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender, you can throw in everything at once.
Optional: Add superfoods/toppings - such as goji berries, chia seeds, or raw cacao nibs - if you like.
Notes
Use one or more frozen fruits to chill the smoothie.
