  1. Bring water to a gentle boil. Add noodles to the water and remove from heat. Let soak for few minutes. Check instructions on the package.
  2. Heat cooking oil over medium-high heat (we used extra virgin coconut oil for extra cocnut flavor). Cook onion, garlic, and ginger for 2-3 minutes. Add other veggies and stir-fry for 5-10 minutes. Season with soy sauce, lime juice, acv, salt, and black pepper. Add more coconut oil if needed.
  3. Add noodles the last minute. Give good stir and serve.
