  1. If making dough, do this first as it needs about 1 hour to rise.
For the sauce
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook onions for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more. .Add tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook until sauce-like consistency. This will take about 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F or 200°C.
  2. Roll out the dough, top with sauce, cheese, and toppings.
  3. Cook in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until crisp.
