For thousands and thousands of years, herbs have been used around the world for rituals, cosmetics, medication, cooking and to improve our state of mind. So they don’t only flavor our dishes but show some other great benefits.
Today we can find many different herbs, fresh or dried, in all supermarkets. Due to the popularity and convenience of those stores, the need to grow herbs at home was reduced. Today, many people rediscovered the pleasure and calming effect of producing their own herbs.
So why not try to cultivate them yourself? You don’t need a garden. Pots on your balcony or windowsill will do the trick. You’ll have your own supply to spice up your dishes or make some healing herbal teas.

Nothing more therapeutic than walking past your terrace or garden and taking in all the fresh scents. Harvest some for your healing tea or give your dishes extra flavor with those fresh herbs.
