Delicious, Heartwarming Fruity Herbal Tea Combination You Must Try

Yesterday’s post was all about healing herbal teas and their benefitsAt our home, we love to experiment with different flavors to pimp our healing tea recipes. A whole drawer in the kitchen is dedicated to herbs and dried fruits. And our window sill (during winter) or/and garden (during summer) is full of the fresh herbs as well. Making your own, personal blends is so much more fun than buying those pre-made tea bag mixture. Plus these bags often cause chemicals that seep into your tea. Yikes.

Mix together your favorite herbs and fruits and enjoy! Make a bigger batch of the combination you like the most and store in a dark airtight container.
