Blood oranges are rich in vitamin C and folic acid, also known as vitamin B9. Vitamin C is an antioxidant and plays an important role in our metabolism, repairing tissue and aids in healing wounds. Folic acid is vital for the formation of red blood cells. Studies show anti-cancer effects and cardiovascular benefits.
Mango improves digestion, concentration, memory and it lowers cholesterol. It contains high levels of vitamin E. This helps to regulate sexual hormones. So a great aphrodisiac for Valentine!
