
Coconut Yogurt with Fresh Berries
A coconut yogurt parfait with fresh mixed berries and old-fashioned rolled oats - an easy healthy breakfast that's kid friendly!

Ingredients
- 1.5 cup plain unsweetened (coconut) yogurt homemade or store-bought
- 1/2 cup rolled oats uncooked (yummy with granola or steel-cut oats too)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon or to taste
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries
Instructions
- Combine the yogurt, oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
- Layer half of the yogurt-oat mixture in a Mason jar or container.
- Add half the berries and layer with remaining yogurt then the berries.
- Eat straight away or refrigerate overnight. Delicious either way.
Notes
- If you don’t have fresh berries available, mixed frozen berries work too.
