
Celery Green Smoothie
A cleansing and refreshing morning drink. Don't let all the greens scare you away from trying this delicious drink.

Ingredients
- 2 cups kale packed
- 2 cups water
- 1 banana chunked
- 1 cup celery roughly chopped
- 1 cup cucumber chopped
- 1 orange or grapefruit, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup pineapple chunked
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
Instructions
- Blend kale and water until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
- Add superfoods such as goji berries, chia seed, and moringa powder if you like.
Notes
Use one or more frozen fruits to chill the smoothie. Or use ice cubes instead.
