Hi there. Are you a smoothie love, just like me? Then this post will blow your mind.
Many years ago, I discovered the power of ‘Green Smoothies’ and I have been hooked ever since. I must admit, at first I didn’t like the taste because they lacked the sweet flavor fruit smoothies are so well known for. What went wrong… well, I just threw random vegetables into my blender and guess what, it wasn’t my cup of tea. And I bet, even if you’re a huge vegetable lover, you will make a funny face when taking your first sip too.
But then I came across some great recipes, combining the vegetables and fruits to one healthy ‘Green Smoothie’. Those smoothies are packed with healthy nutrients coming from the vegetables and fruits. The health benefits of green smoothies are numerous. But the most amazing thing, by adding fruits they don’t have that bitter or sour green taste. Delicious!
