Nothing better than to soak in a warm bath after a hard day at work. Especially during the winter months I like to soak up the healing warmth and fully relax. The warmth helps to absorb the oil and softens and repairs damaged or dry skin.

Basic Aromatherapy Bath Oil Recipe

  • 2 oz. of your favorite carrier oil or blends (sweet almond, jojoba, apricot kernel, grapeseed, avocado oil, etc.)
  • 30 drops essential oil(s) of your choice

Blend the oils together and store in a dark glass bottle. You can double or triple this recipe. Fill up your tub with warm water and add about ¼ oz. of the bath oil blend to the water. Mix well to make sure the oil has scattered well in the tub to take the full benefits.
